Tristan Delahaye, a contemporary French/Irish artist and sculptor, was born in Dublin but now lives and works in the Languedoc, South of France.
He sees every blank canvas as an abstract adventure with circles, bubbles, rounded and angular lines weaving in and out of colour to create visual stimulation for the eye to enjoy.
This dynamic energy so obvious in his original work, is applied through the brush, fingers, palette knife and any other ‘tool’ that grabs his vivid imagination. He goes where the mood and passion take him creating layer upon layer of texture and movement.
His modern, unique works have been sold in Ireland, France, Britain, U.S.A. and Belgium.
